The Contact and Recovery Review forms collect the fields displayed on each form so Northern Data Centre can respond to a business enquiry. A submitted message is sent through NDC’s controlled WordPress email relay to a fixed NDC mailbox. The form implementation does not create a customer account, agreement, payment, CRM record, Acronis tenant, or WordPress copy of the message.

Cloudflare, the self-hosted web server, WordPress rate limiting, and security systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, request path, browser details, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website.

• Minimum information: provide only the business context needed for an initial reply. Do not submit passwords, recovery keys, personal records, or sensitive workload data.
• Fixed delivery: Contact and Recovery Review submissions are delivered to [email protected], with an internal copy to [email protected] for service follow-up.
• No advertising analytics: NDC Website v1.0 intentionally loads no third-party tracker, advertising pixel, or externally hosted font.
• Essential operations: WordPress may use essential cookies for authorized administrators; public advertising or profiling cookies are not intentionally configured.
• Retention and access: delivered correspondence and operational security records are limited to legitimate business, security, legal, and service needs, with access restricted to authorized personnel.
• Your choices: you may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
