Introductory pricing with a visible end point.
- Available to the first 20 technically accepted organizations across the four plans.
- The launch monthly rate applies for the first 12 paid months.
- The standard monthly rate applies afterward. A paid month is counted when the monthly service charge is paid.
- Initial term: 90 days; monthly billing in advance with month-to-month continuation.
- All prices are CAD; applicable approved taxes are extra.
Truthful service state
Received does not mean protected.
- Choose and configure an eligible plan.
- Submit the plan-aware assisted-sales intake; NDC confirms technical fit and prepares the applicable quote and service agreement.
- NDC performs technical qualification and manual acceptance.
- Only the accepted entitlement is provisioned.
- Protected appears only after authoritative readback confirms a successful backup.
Payment alone never activates protection or proves recoverability. No zero-data-loss, universal-recovery, automatic-failover, numeric RPO/RTO, or 24×7 support promise applies unless an approved service order expressly provides it.
