Launch offer rules
Introductory rates expire visibly and predictably.
- Limited to the first 20 technically accepted organizations across all plans.
- The launch monthly rate applies for the first 12 paid months. The standard monthly rate applies afterward. A paid month is counted when the monthly service charge is paid.
- Initial term: 90 days; monthly billing in advance with month-to-month continuation.
- Onboarding is a one-time charge.
- No additional device or storage entitlement is implied.
Order state
Received does not mean protected.
- Orders remain Pending until technical qualification and manual acceptance.
- Payment does not trigger unapproved automatic provisioning.
- Activation is followed by the approved Acronis customer and installer journey.
- Protection Health becomes Protected only after authoritative successful-backup readback.
- Recovery readiness is separately assessed and never inferred from backup success.
